Key Responsibilities
Office Administration

Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Organize meetings, appointments, and corporate events.

Maintain records, files, and documentation in a secure and organized manner.

Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate HR-related activities.

Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Project Coordination

Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring projects from initiation to delivery.

Prepare project timelines, schedules, and trackers to ensure deadlines are met.

Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.

Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and escalate issues promptly for resolution.
CEO Support
-
Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and KPIs.

Update leadership on critical issues, risks, and opportunities.

Support strategic planning initiatives and monitor progress against business objectives.

Provide clear summaries of departmental activities and key achievements.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role (fintech or mobility experience is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
