Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in a secure and organized manner.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate HR-related activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Prepare project timelines, schedules, and trackers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and escalate issues promptly for resolution.

CEO Support

  • Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and KPIs.
  • Update leadership on critical issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and monitor progress against business objectives.
  • Provide clear summaries of departmental activities and key achievements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role (fintech or mobility experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
