Senior Project Development Manager for a Real Estate Development Company

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internally with Design Production & Site team and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within the scope and budget.
  • Ensure resource availability for the completion of the project.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the clients, vendors, and all stakeholders.
  • Overseeing and Direct management of the site team & Sub Contractors.
  • Delegation of all site tasks to relevant team members based on works issued.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Select or design, and purchase furnishings, artworks, and accessories.
  • Render design ideas in the form of drawings.
  • Create comprehensive Mood boards and sample boards.
  • Adhering to management instructions explicitly in terms of flexibility.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Will have to send weekly updates and prepare minutes of the meeting.
  • Keep proper and updated records of site surveys, logs, and reports on daily activities Coordinate.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills.
  • Relevant Bachelor s/Master s Degree in architecture or Civil engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies.
  • A strong technical skills with an excellent sense of organization.
  • Thorough understanding of drawing software such as AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D, Rendering, Microsoft and primavera and procore.
  • Able to develop and present design concepts.
  • Good knowledge of Interior fit out activities.
  • Should have the knowledge to deal with the relevant government authorities.
  • Knowledge and expertise in the space planning, design, development, management, and implementation of interior space enhancement projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable requirements, regulations, codes, and laws.
  • Skills in the effective use of applicable technology/systems.
  • Candidates must have working experience in the same field for 10 years.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Good Knowledge in project feasibility studies to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • should have strong knowledge of RERA and all authority processes.
  • Prior experience with a consultant or developer is mandatory.
