Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer specializing in aluminum and façade works to lead, plan, and execute façade projects in the UAE. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aluminum & façade projects from planning to handover
• Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical submittals
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site installation teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project plans and QA/QC standards
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and method statements
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries
• Attend meetings with consultants and clients and provide technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to safety & regulatory standards across project phases
• Control project costs and update management on deviations or risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7–10 years experience in façade/aluminum projects in UAE
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing and façade systems
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and façade-related standards
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
