Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience is responsible for leading and overseeing large, complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strategic planning, resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager acts as the main point of contact for clients, teams, and executives, driving project success and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project performance metrics and ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned.
• Facilitate project meetings, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
