Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Zanzibar, Tanzania. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring standards of quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Responsibilities include managing the expediting process, coordinating logistics, inspecting materials and progress, and leading teams to ensure seamless project execution. Collaboration with stakeholders and maintaining alignment with organizational goals is essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to streamline project timelines.
• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate the flow of materials and resources efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in luxury real estate or large-scale property development.
