SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - G+1 LUXURY VILLA PROJECTS

We're Hiring: PROJECT MANAGER – G+1 LUXURY VILLA PROJECTS

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our high-end villa construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering, site execution, and project leadership, with a proven track record in managing G+1 villa developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of villa construction projects.
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and DDA officials.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Lead on-site teams and monitor daily progress to meet deadlines.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project flow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).Minimum 10 years of experience in Luxury villa construction project management.
Must have a valid G+1 license approved by DDA.
Expertise in villa construction, layout management, and finishing work.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project reporting and coordination with stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

Specialization in luxury villas and residential developments.
Knowledge of local construction norms and authority approval processes.
