Senior Project Manager (SPM)

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement Removal & Removal Operations (ERO), Law Enforcement Systems & Analysis (LESA) division and be responsible for developing ERO strategies to enhance its business procedures continuously.

This contract is pending award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Clearance Required: Able to obtain ICE 6C/Full Background Investigation (BI) level or higher clearances.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct oversight of all contractor staff and projects, ensuring timely delivery of all work, conformity to contractual obligations, establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports to show progress to projects, and meeting with federal staff as needed to discuss progress and/or resolve any issues
• Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, production, delivery, and correction of all contract support activities
• Meet with the various team leads from each unit to ensure that appropriate cross-collaboration is occurring and maintain a solid understanding of key activities across the Division (and Agency) and help drive timely responses to emerging needs or issues
• Be the senior consultant responsible for providing sound solutions/recommendations/approaches to government needs and help assess, document, and report risks

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience with the duties and responsibilities outlined above
• Must possess an active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Demonstrated large team/project management in complex federal, law enforcement, or IT transformation projects and environments
• Experience organizing, directing, and coordinating project planning and production

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous support to federal law enforcement agencies
