About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Secondary Market Specialist to join our high-performing team. This is a role for a self-starter who knows the Dubai real estate market inside out. If you are an experienced deal-closer with a strong network, a personal vehicle, and a valid RERA card, we offer a platform to maximize your earnings with one of the most competitive commission structures in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Mastery: Actively scout and list properties in the secondary market (resale and leasing) within specific high-demand areas.
• Client Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and viewings to negotiation and closing.
• Lead Generation: Proactively network to build a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Advisory: Provide accurate, data-backed investment advice to clients regarding market trends, pricing, and ROI.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
• Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings on major property portals.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai Secondary Real Estate Market (Sales or Leasing).
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a personal car.
• Track Record: Demonstrated history of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), and proficiency with CRM software.
