Senior Property Consultant

VidaBricks Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to manage key clients, close property deals, and contribute to the company’s growth. This role offers a fixed salary plus attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Monitor real estate market trends and pricing
• Support junior consultants when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
• Proven track record in closing property deals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the local property market
