Senior Property Consultant

We are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced Dubai real estate professionals to join our fast-growing, performance-driven brokerage. We specialize in off-plan, secondary, and investment properties across Dubai’s most in-demand communities.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Please apply only if you meet the following requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan experience preferred)
• Proven track record in off-plan sales, secondary market, or leasing
• Strong understanding of Dubai developers, off-plan launches, payment plans, ROI, and investment advisory
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
• Experience handling buyer and investor leads
• Active on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, property marketing, personal branding)
• Professional presentation and client-focused approach
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Convert daily company-generated buyer and investor leads
• Promote off-plan launches, pre-launch projects, and ready properties
• Conduct meetings, site visits, virtual tours, and developer presentations
• Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and capital appreciation
• Manage CRM, pipeline, and structured follow-ups
• Close transactions and coordinate documentation smoothly
• Build long-term relationships with end-users and investors
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new project launches
