Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and disciplined Secondary Area Specialist to focus on resale transactions within defined Dubai communities.

This role is suited for experienced brokers who understand listing acquisition, inventory control, structured deal management, and relationship-driven sales.

Who are we looking for?

-Highly motivated, self-disciplined individuals with a Passion for real estate.

-Excellent time management and strong work ethic.

-Clear and confident communication skills.

-Fluent in English (verbal & written).

-Valid UAE driving license.

-Minimum 2–3 years UAE secondary market experience.

-RERA certified.

-Deep knowledge of at least one Dubai community.

-Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
