Senior Property Consultant

We’re Hiring | Sales Team – Real Estate (Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant / Sales Supervisor)

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Sales Team and looking for ambitious real estate professionals at different experience levels to join us.


📍 Office Location: Plaza Espana, El-Sheikh Zayed


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in El-Sheikh Zayed.

You will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, presenting projects, and closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships. Depending on experience, responsibilities may also include mentoring team members and supporting sales performance management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote NARA projects to potential clients and investors
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Conduct meetings, calls, and property viewings
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an updated CRM pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare reports and sales forecasts

For Senior / Supervisor Levels:

  • Support and guide junior sales team members
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
  • Participate in training and onboarding of new hires


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate: Property Consultant: 1–2 years, Senior Property Consultant: 2–5 years, Sales Supervisor: 5+ years with leadership exposure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and relationship-building ability
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • CRM experience is a plus
