About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its high-performance sales team in Abu Dhabi and is seeking experienced Senior Property Consultants with a strong and consistent closing record.

This role is designed for professionals who are already performing and are ready to grow within a structured, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property sales transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Advise clients using market insights and pricing strategies
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and reporting standards
• Negotiate effectively to close deals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record of consistent deal closures (minimum 2 transactions per month over the last 12 months)
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Experience working within structured sales systems and CRM platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Disciplined, performance-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Languages

Candidates fluent in the following languages will have an advantage:

• Spanish
• Chinese
• Italian
• Korean
• British English
