About the Role

Golden Bricks Worldwide Real Estate is seeking motivated and ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for real estate professionals who want to maximize their earnings while benefiting from qualified leads, strong management support, and access to a wide range of properties across the UAE.

The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in both off-plan and secondary market properties while delivering exceptional customer service and professional advice.

Commission Structure

• 50% Consultant / 50% Company on company-generated leads
• 70% Consultant / 30% Company on consultant-generated personal leads
• 20% Consultant/ 80% Company on Management leads

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales opportunities in the off-plan and secondary property markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and available inventory.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Negotiate and close property transactions professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai and UAE property markets is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
