Senior Property Consultant

One Broker Group (OBG) is one of the GCC's most established real estate brokerages, with over two decades of market presence, an extensive portfolio of exclusive project mandates, and a proprietary buyer network built across Dubai and the wider region. We operate at the intersection of off-plan and secondary markets, with direct developer relationships and a data-driven approach to sales.

We are looking for elite, self-driven property consultants who are ready to operate at the highest level. This is a commission-only position - structured to reward performance generously. You will have access to infrastructure, data, and support that most independent agents can only dream of. If you are consistently closing and want to scale, this is your platform.

Who we're looking for

• AED 20M+ in verified sales within the past 12 months
• Background in real estate agency or developer sales - both welcomed
• Strong experience across off-plan and/or secondary market transactions
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and close independently
• Dual-language proficiency is a strong advantage
• Professional, well-presented, and C-suite ready in communication
