Senior Property Consultant

Senetnay Real Estate L.L.C is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in property sales or leasing within the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate property sales and leasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain updated CRM records and client database

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years UAE real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• RERA Certification (preferred)
• Self-motivated with strong sales mindset
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
