Job Summary:


We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Consultants who are passionate about Dubai’s real estate market and thrive in a performance-based environment. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to succeed without a fixed salary and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and manage listings, collecting property information and coordinating marketing materials.
  • Stay current on Dubai’s real estate rules, regulations, and market trends.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through final agreement.
  • Monitor transactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and other agents.
  • Proactively follow up with clients after viewings and maintain strong relationships through regular engagement.
  • Generate leads and new business opportunities through the company database and personal networking efforts.


Work Timings:


Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Commission Structure:

  • Up to 100k: 50%
  • 100-150k: 55%
  • 150-230k: 60%
  • 230-300k: 65%
  • 300k and above: 70%
