Job Description:
- Plan and execute procurement strategies based on production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory levels of electronic components
- Build long-term vendor partnerships ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
- Conduct regular audits and supplier performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms to optimize cost and ensure supply continuity.
- Collaborate with store and production department to manage inventory efficiently and to monitor and maintain minimum stock levels .
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspections and supplier rejections and ensure procurement activities align with company policies and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with Design, Production, and R&D teams for new product BOMs and component sourcing for electronic products.
- Generate and maintain purchase reports, cost analysis, and delivery tracking. Technical Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of electronic parts, power supplies, lighting components
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Good understanding of GST, import/export documentation, and compliance Inter-personal Skills required:

- Strong analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills
- Energetic, process-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
- Assertive, positive working attitude and good presentation skills.
4 Educational Qualification
Graduate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management is preferred.
