Senior Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Purchasing Specialist to join our global automotive company based in Burdur, Türkiye.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee purchasing activities for materials and services,

• Conduct supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring,

• Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all procurement operations,

• Support contract management and reporting processes,

• Collaborate with internal departments to meet project and production needs,

• Contribute to process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives,

• Supervise or coordinate the daily work of purchasing team members,

• Follow company standards regarding quality, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields,

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry (mandatory),

• Proven experience in team coordination or leadership,

• Advanced level English (both written and spoken),

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage,

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills,

• Willingness to relocate to Burdur or nearby region
