About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer (5+ years of experience) who brings together expertise in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Vision, and Backend Development. The ideal candidate will not only design and deploy advanced AI/ML models but also develop scalable applications, manage data pipelines, and confidently engage with international clients.

This is a senior-level position requiring a problem-solver with strong technical depth, excellent English communication, and hands-on delivery experience. Frontend development skills (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js) are not mandatory but will be considered a plus point.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Machine Learning

- Design and implement production-ready AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (text-to-text, text-to-image, text-to-video, diffusion models, and GANs).
- Build pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced prompt engineering for real-world business applications.
- Develop Computer Vision systems for:

• Object detection & tracking (e.g., YOLO, Detectron2).
• Image classification & segmentation.
• Video analysis for surveillance, automation, and behavior detection.
• - Create recommendation engines, forecasting systems, and predictive analytics models.- Use frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and OpenCV.

Data Science-

• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• - Apply statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
• - Build pipelines for data cleaning, visualization, and transformation.
• - Deliver insights that support business decision-making and automation strategies.

Backend Development (Compulsory)-

• Develop scalable APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• - Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• - Architect secure, high-performance backend systems optimized for AI/ML workloads.
• - Ensure smooth integration of AI/ML pipelines into production applications.
• Frontend Development (Optional but Plus)-
• Build user-friendly dashboards and applications with React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• - Implement interactive visualizations for AI/ML outputs and analytics.
• - Ensure smooth frontend-backend integration for end-to-end delivery.

Client Communication & Requirement Gathering-

• Join client calls, demos, and technical discussions to represent project expertise.
• - Gather requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications.
• - Collaborate with business teams to support closing deals by explaining technical feasibility.
• - Deliver clear documentation, reports, and updates to clients and internal teams.

DevOps & Deployment-

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• - Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• - Use Docker/Kubernetes for containerization, scaling, and orchestration.
• - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enforce security best practices.

Must-Have Skills-

• Strong English communication skills (client calls, requirement gathering, reporting).
• - Expert in Python for AI/ML, backend systems, and APIs.
• - Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• - Hands-on with Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, RAG pipelines).
• - Advanced Computer Vision expertise (object detection, segmentation, video analytics).
• - Skilled in SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus).
• - Proficiency in DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
• - Frontend knowledge (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js) is a plus, not mandatory.

Qualifications-

• 5+ years of experience in Python, AI/ML engineering, and backend systems.
• - 2+ years of experience in Data Science and Computer Vision projects.
• - Proven record of deploying AI/ML and Generative AI systems in production at scale.
• - Strong portfolio of AI-driven applications, APIs, and end-to-end solutions.
• - Client-facing experience in technical discussions and requirement gathering.

Pay: From Rs250,000.00 per month
