Aims to deliver the highest quality customer driven software whilst continually challenging, motivating, mentoring and supporting their engineering teams. They will work in cross-disciplinary teams delivering exciting customer driven solutions and high-quality software and showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skill whilst efficiently working across the project life cycle to ensure software operates as intended. This is a leadership level role and will blend both deep domain and technical expertise within a feature team and great passion for mentoring and developing people in a “player-coach” model.

• About the role
  • As a Lead Software Engineer within the LTC you’ll be encouraged to work as part of an agile team to guide and implement technical solutions. It will be your responsibility to help promote sound engineering practices and to work alongside team members to architect, design, and implement those solutions. Our team uses Git to manage most of the source code, and SonarQube to help monitor code quality. Jira and Confluence are used heavily for task management and documentation.
  What we're looking for:
  • We like people who come from a diverse cultural background, with different ways of thinking who can challenge our current practices. That said, because of the nature of this role it is important to have existing knowledge and experience working in a software engineering role.
  What minimum skills you’ll need to apply:
  • Automation Testing (Selenium/Playwright), Typescript/Java, Non-functional Testing (LoadRunner or Blazemeter),
  • Playwright/Karate, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Cloud exp Api Testing Performance skills
  • Java Experience
  Desirable skills:
  • Expertise in tools such as Dynatrace, CI/CD, GCP cloud deployment, Curl, and Postman.
  Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
