Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical aspects of engineering projects, including Drawing, drafting, and documentation.
• Utilize your quantity surveying experience to accurately measure, calculate, and document quantities.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage and maintain technical project documentation.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable Republic University .
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in a technical office environment, with a strong focus on concrete structures . Quantity Surveying Experience is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all engineering deliverables.
