Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of civil construction projects — from initial estimation and tendering to final accounts and project closure — ensuring value for money and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Review project drawings and specifications for accurate take-offs.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control.
• Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for commercial and contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contracts, and project timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a civil contracting company (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software (AutoCAD, CostX, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
