Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from estimation and budgeting to final cost control and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, contract knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documentation.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Monitor project budgets and track cost changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct measurements and valuations (onsite and offsite).
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Manage and process payments, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Participate in negotiations and attend progress meetings with clients/consultants.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Qatar regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of QS experience, preferably in GCC and large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
