Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit-out

Job Description:

Divnine Interior Design is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit-out and construction projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial control of projects from tender stage to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements for accurate quantity take-offs.
• Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and variations.
• Prepare and submit progress invoices and payment applications.
• Verify subcontractor payments and monitor project expenses.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Prepare variation orders and final account statements.
• Maintain proper documentation related to project costs and contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–4 years UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction documentation.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
