Civil Engineer – Fit Out & Estimation

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer specialized in Fit Out works with strong expertise in Estimation to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Fit Out projects (commercial, retail, F&B, residential, etc.).
• Strong background in cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and pricing.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Experience in preparing and submitting technical & commercial proposals.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and UAE market rates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Conduct quantity surveying and material take-offs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Support project team in budgeting and cost control.
• Review contracts and project specifications.
