Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in property sales, client advisory, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for managing high-value transactions, mentoring junior agents, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in premium property transactions across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client goals
• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior agents
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
• Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing complex transactions
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle required
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
