Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to lead property transactions, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage a team of agents while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage real estate transactions including sales, leasing, and property investments.
• Recruit, train, and supervise real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong client network through marketing and business development.
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements in all transactions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
• Keep updated with real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Real Estate Agent.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and documentation procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.
