RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER

EDHR, the dedicated recruitment vertical of EducationToday, specializes in hiring top-tier teaching and non-teaching professionals for schools, colleges, and educational institutions across India.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Recruiter with experience in non-technical recruitment to join our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across the education and corporate sectors.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), networking, and references.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, evaluate profiles, and match candidates to client requirements.
• Coordinate with schools, HR heads, and institutional clients to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Handle follow-ups with clients and candidates until successful onboarding.
• Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment events when required.
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives for EDHR.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in non-technical or education sector hiring).
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
• Goal-oriented, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure.
• Preferably be based in Bangalore.
