Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring for plant, production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and support roles within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for manufacturing and plant roles
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions
• Coordinate with plant heads and department managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), references, consultants & field hiring
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations & offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment, trackers & hiring reports
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Support employer branding and campus/ITI hiring initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of plant structure and manufacturing roles
• Experience in bulk hiring & field recruitment drives
• Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
