Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter, who will be a high-impact talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier, hard to find talent in highly specialized construction and industrial markets. This role requires an expert-level sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, can pivot priorities quickly and confidently partners with hiring managers and executives to deliver exceptional white glove hiring outcomes.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Own full cycle recruiting for a high-volume requisition load, with a strong emphasis on proactive, passive candidate sourcing.
Hunt, identify and engage niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, the use of AI and sourcing strategy.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights, talent strategies and hiring recommendations.
Manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision, re-prioritizing requisitions as business needs evolve.
Screen and assess candidates for technical ability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
Build and maintain deep pipelines for electrical, mechanical, commercial and industrial roles.
Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.
Represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and talent outreach initiatives.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the Construction Services or Contracting industry.
Proven success recruiting and sourcing for high-volume craft, field supervision, and technical talent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
Proven network of construction talent and access to construction projects throughout the Midwest.
Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
