The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of shaping campus and early career hiring strategies, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and guiding candidates through life-changing career journeys. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team across the region, bringing insight, creativity, and leadership to every stage of the recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

Build Powerful Client Partnerships

  • Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-enddelivery of Early Careers recruitment, offering expert guidance and market insight.
  • Shape attraction and engagement strategies tailored to the UAE market needs and Emirati talent priorities.
  • Represent AMS and the client at events, meetings, and campus activities.

Drive Collaboration & Team Excellence

  • Work closely with the wider AMS team to monitorprogress and remove bottlenecks.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, sharing best practices and cultural insight.
  • Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Deliver Exceptional Recruitment Outcomes

  • Lead intake meetings to define recruitment plans and timelines.
  • Partner with the campus team to deliver strong shortlists and support assessment centres.
  • Guide hiring managers through selection decisions and manage the offer process to secure top talent.
  • Identifyopportunities for continuous improvement and help enhance the Early Careers programme.

Champion Process, Technology & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates across all recruitment systems and trackers.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Must Haves

    • Fluent in Arabic and strong English communication skills
    • Proven experience in recruitment (Early Careers/Campus experience ideal)
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
    • Excellent organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • High integrity and commitment to delivering quality
    • Experience in financial services recruitment

    Nice to Have

    • Previous involvement in Early Careers or Campus hiring, ideally end-to-end
