Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Senior Recruiter who wants to grow into an AI-first headhunter, capable of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals worldwide.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying passive candidates and building strong relationships, to closing offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This is not just about posting jobs and waiting for applications. It’s about headhunting, where you strategically reach out to high-performing professionals, assess their potential, and inspire them to consider new opportunities.

You’ll work with AI-powered sourcing and communication tools that transform the speed and precision of recruiting, eliminating manual processes and enabling smarter decision-making.

We need someone who can think strategically, communicate persuasively, and operate at the level of trusted advisor, not just a recruiter filling positions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for multiple roles across regions.

- Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through AI-powered tools, LinkedIn, professional communities, and databases.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential professionals and industry experts.

- Use AI automation tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.

- Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates objectively, and prepare detailed assessments.

- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and data integrity within CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For:

- A skilled communicator who can identify talent others miss and convince top professionals to explore opportunities.

- Someone with at least 4 years of recruitment experience, including headhunting passive candidates (not just job board recruiting).

- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.

- A self-driven professional who values discipline, clarity, and excellence in every interaction.

- Experience recruiting for international markets (U.S., Canada, U.K., or Europe) is a strong plus.

- Comfort working in a remote environment with structured systems and constant learning.
