The Senior Recruiter serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic partner in developing effective recruiting and staffing strategies that attract a diverse, highly qualified talent pool. This role supports full-cycle recruiting and analyzes recruiting metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Recommend improvements for all phases of the recruiting process.

Compile, analyze, and report on recruiting data and metrics; identify trends and propose enhancements to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to Talent Acquisition team members.

Support and help optimize the Talent Acquisition system within ADP; provide system improvement recommendations.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for assigned positions

Manage requisitions within the Talent Acquisition System from opening through hire.

Partner with hiring managers to develop detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring profiles.

Identify and apply best‑practice recruiting methods tailored to each role and industry.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs across job boards, social platforms, schools, and print media.

Execute full life cycle recruiting—from sourcing to offer.

Attend interviews as needed to support hiring managers.

Participate in career events, job fairs, and community outreach

Maintain a robust candidate database including active and passive prospects.

Assist with onboarding activities as needed.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, along with company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.

Proven success as a Recruiter with measurable results.

At least three years of experience managing all phases of the recruiting and hiring process preferred.

SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred.
