Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant focused on Construction & Real Estate, you’ll:

• Manage and grow a 360 desk within your niche (contract or permanent recruitment).
• Build strong relationships with key clients, developers, main contractors, and consultancies.
• Source, screen, and manage top-tier candidates across the GCC region.
• Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates on market conditions, salary trends, and hiring strategies.
• Work closely with our local team and UK teams to scale the Dubai operation.
• Consistently achieve targets while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of 360 recruitment experience (construction, real estate, or built environment sectors highly desirable).
• Strong business development skills and a track record of consistent billing.
• Knowledge of the GCC construction or real estate market is a bonus — but not essential.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing international office.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already be based within the GCC regions.
