IT Talent Scout/Recruitment Consultant(UAE)

Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for an IT Talent Scout/Recruitment Consultant f or our internal team based in UAE. We are looking for at least 2 years of Middle East recruitment experience and we are not looking for HR/onboarding experience as the role sits in the capacity of H ARDCORE Technology r ecruiter who will work in high-end tech mandates.

Note: UAE experience of at least 2 years in a client facing role is MUST for us.

Local Talent & Immediate joiner preferred.


Job Purpose

This role is responsible to provide support our account managers & business development team in the recruitment process by reviewing and developing the process and to submit periodic reports and recommendations to enhance different areas of the function.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

He/she should have 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.

He/she should have in-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.

He/she should have a commercial mindset and natural drive for business development and client management


Duties and Responsibilities

Overseeing the recruitment pipeline and being the primary point of contact for your candidates

Scoping new roles and developing interview loops in collaboration with hiring managers

Source, interview, and evaluate candidates looking for permanent and direct-hire opportunities.

Evaluating and interfacing with external recruiting organizations

Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement

Build, grow, and own your desk within one of the high-demand sectors: finance, tech, life sciences, or engineering

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.

Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter in high end technology roles.

Identify and develop talent on high-end technology roles like ICT/Cybersecurity domain for technical positions, including but not limited to cutting edge & high-end tech developers, data Scientist, artificial intelligence engineers, Business Intelligence, SAP, Cyber Security

Market services and candidates to fulfill talent needs within the technology vertical.

Foster long-term relationships with client partners and area professionals.

Negotiate salary with potential new hires based on position requirements.

Prospect local businesses, Involvement with local networking groups, in-person meetings, and interviews.
