Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring Recruitment Consultant for our Dubai office.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent that aligns with our Clients Talent Need and Culture. S/He should be able to think critically when making execution plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
• Proficient in Client and Candidate Conversations
• Conduct detailed candidate assessment
• Ability of Head Hunting and Research
• Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
• Effective communicator and negotiator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related recruitment experience is added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
