Senior Recruitment Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to support recruitment operations and retail HR functions, with a strong focus on field force management and end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in retail or field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end field force hiring, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Handle payroll coordination and ensure accuracy for retail/field employees
  • Oversee employee onboarding and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping of employee data and candidate profiles, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval
  • Support retail operations by coordinating with field teams and addressing HR-related matters
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing retail hiring needs

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of retail HR operations and field force management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in handling HR documentation and coordination tasks
