As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Senior Recruitment Specialist" with below requirements for our client.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.


Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions (job posting, sourcing, interviews, offer management).
  • Develop recruitment strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Enhance candidate experience and effectively communicate company culture.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to analyze hiring needs accurately.
  • Conduct proactive candidate searches through external resources, job boards, and social media
