Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end multi-lingual hiring lifecycle, from advanced sourcing and initial interviews to complex onboarding and compliance.
- Drive consistent performance and optimal hiring capacity across assigned geographies, focusing on high-demand multi-lingual talent pools.
- Act as a Recruiting Business Partner, implementing localized hiring strategies in New Cairo that augment performance optimization and market competitiveness.
- Lead talent mobility initiatives, designing bespoke strategies to align employee movement and career progression with long-term business goals.
- Oversee global mobility programs, including cross-border transfers, relocations, and remote work arrangements for multi-lingual hires.
- Sustain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrity and manage overall data governance, ensuring precision in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with site leadership and sourcing partners to ensure Cost Per Hire (CPH) and key KPIs remain within target for the BPO sector.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees during internal movements and geographic relocations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including relocation services and specialized sourcing agencies, to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, talent management, or talent mobility.
- Exceptional fluency in English and Arabic is required. Professional proficiency in Italian and/or French is highly preferred to manage multi-lingual talent pipelines.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead capacity, demonstrating the maturity to act independently and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Video Conferencing platforms, and enterprise-level HRIS/ATS management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills; ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume BPO environment.
