We are currently working with a well-established Swiss Private Bank with a strong presence in the Middle East, which is actively seeking entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Managers to expand its Dubai-based coverage. The primary focus is on Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets, as well as Eastern Africa and UK-linked clients who prefer a Dubai booking centre.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across the GCC, Eastern Africa, and UK expatriate segments through tailored investment and advisory solutions
- Drive new business development and asset acquisition, targeting USD 150m+ in Net New Money over three years.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, personalised service from Dubai.
- Ensure full compliance with DIFC, UAE Central Bank, and Swiss Group regulatory standards.
- Reports to the Regional Market Head for the Middle East.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- A transferable client portfolio is essential (target: USD 150m+ in Net New Money over 3 years).
- Proven track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long-term client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong understanding of investment products, wealth structuring, and Shariah-compliant solutions.
- Suitable for bankers seeking a client-focused platform with the strength of Swiss booking and a Dubai base.
