A Pakistan based research company working internationally.

Job Description:

The Sr. Research Executive is responsible for coordinating research projects in the Qualitative team of Ipsos in Pakistan, including all aspects of project delivery, stakeholder management, handling relevant client communications and general queries, and bringing in subject matter experts where appropriate. The stakeholders include members in fieldwork, operations, project management and data processing divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design qualitative research tools such as discussion guides and screeners.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Develop compelling reports and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Present research findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3-years experience including:

• Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology.
• Proven experience in qualitative research, including interviews and focus groups.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills for qualitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing impactful and visually engaging presentations
• Experience with qualitative data analysis tools is a plus.

Work Mode: Onsite, Karachi

Experience: 2-3 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9AM-6PM
