Senior Resident Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to join our team and oversee major multi-story residential projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge of FIDIC contracts, particularly the Red Book, and managing roles/responsibilities of Employer, Contractor, and Engineer.
• Handling variations, payment provisions, delays, and EOTs.
• Ensuring quality management, inspections, and takeover procedures.
• Claims management, dispute resolution, and risk assessment.
• Reviewing design, schematics, tender documents, and Contractor programs.
• Ensuring HSE compliance and technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaising with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
• Leading and mentoring project teams to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years UAE experience as a Resident Engineer.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in design, supervision, and construction management of major projects.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Valid SOE registration and relevant local authority accreditation (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or Abu Dhabi Municipality).

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED33,000.00 per month
