WSP is looking for an experienced Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) to lead and oversee major infrastructure and utilities works for our Ashghal GEC program in Qatar.

Lead and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and Ashghal standards.
Oversee utilities works (water, sewer, stormwater, power, telecom, gas
Review and approve designs, method statements, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with Ashghal, KAHRAMAA, Ooredoo and other authorities for permits and approvals.
Lead and mentor inspectors while ensuring adherence to WSP quality standards.
Prepare progress reports and manage technical communication with the client.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
18-20 years’ experience, including 7+ years in a Resident Engineer/Senior RE role on major infrastructure or utilities projects.
Strong knowledge of local authority processes; GEC/Ashghal experience preferred.
MMUP/UPDA mandatory
