Role overview:

Oversee daily operations of high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant environments

Lead, recruit, train, and manage large, diverse teams

Drive financial performance including budgeting, cost control, P&L management, and forecasting

Optimize revenue and implement cost-efficiency strategies

Manage food and beverage operations, including menu engineering and inventory control

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve complex guest issues

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operations and brand consistency

Collaborate with stakeholders including owners, executives, chefs, and partners
