Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven senior-level restaurant management professional to oversee high-volume, upscale, and fine-dining operations.

Location: Kenya

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,200

Role overview:

• Oversee daily operations of high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant environments
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage large, diverse teams
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, cost control, P&L management, and forecasting 
• Optimize revenue and implement cost-efficiency strategies
• Manage food and beverage operations, including menu engineering and inventory control
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve complex guest issues 
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operations and brand consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders including owners, executives, chefs, and partners
• Lead effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high service standards

• Proven senior-level experience in restaurant management
