Job Title: Female Senior Resident Medical Incharge Officer (RMIO) Cum Counsellor

Location: As assigned
Reporting To: Senior Doctor / Center Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update patient files as per scheduled doctor follow-ups.
• Accurately record medical histories and patient information in line with organizational standards.
• Support daily outpatient department (OPD) duties alongside a senior physician.
• Assist in initial consultations and patient assessments, including prescribing medications under supervision.
• Conduct clinical examinations, analyze medical records, and interpret reports or test results.
• Oversee and ensure clear, accurate documentation—managing both OPD and IPD records, admissions, and discharge summaries.
• Support clinical procedures (including assisting during sonography) and ensure patients understand their medication and instructions.
• Guide nursing staff in the management of inpatient care based on doctor’s directives.
• Monitor nurses’ administration of medication and patient care activities for quality and consistency.
• Deliver empathetic counseling to patients and their families regarding fertility treatments, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient questions and concerns.
• Educate patients and couples on treatment protocols, scheduling, and ensure continuity of care throughout the process.​

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare experience (preferably within fertility or women’s health).
• Bachelor's degree in B.A.M.S or B.H.M.S.
• Female candidates only, as specified.
• Proficiency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.
• Excellent communication, patient care, and counseling skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and clinical work.
• Ability to support and guide nursing and clinical staff effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, integrity, and collaborative spirit within a fast-paced clinical setting.
