Job Description

As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Tactful AI , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth—managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You’ll engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to new prospects, building strong relationships with business leaders and decision-makers across industries such as e-commerce, retail, financial services, and technology.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment and wants to take real ownership of deals that shape the future of customer experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Convert qualified inbound interest into long-term partnerships.
  • Generate new leads through targeted outreach and market research.
  • Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions using Tactful’s AI-first platform.
  • Maintain and forecast a disciplined sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to close and expand deals.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy across MENA and European markets.
  • Represent Tactful at key industry events and act as a trusted product advisor.


What We’re Looking For

  • ✅ 4–8 years of experience in SaaS sales (ideally in CX, MarTech, AI, or communications)
  • ✅ Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • ✅ Strong understanding of digital-first businesses and customer operations.
  • ✅ Fluent in English & Arabic or another European language is a plus.
  • ✅ Confident selling into MENA, UK, and EU markets.
  • ✅ Bonus: Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
