Senior Sales Account Manager

IT Supporters UAE is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager with 3–5 years of experience and a proven track record of successful sales achievements in cloud, cybersecurity, business applications, and managed services.

Location: UAE (On-site)

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients across various industries
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Present tailored IT solutions that align with customer needs and business goals
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals, demos, and value-driven offerings
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT sales or account management

• A solid history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in selling the same or relevant technologies, such as:
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace
• Cybersecurity solutions (Microsoft Defender, Sophos, etc.)
• Business Applications (Zoho or similar platforms)
• Backup Solutions (e.g., Barracuda, Acronis)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and client-focused
• Based in the UAE (preferred)

Certifications:

• Preferred (a plus):
• SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Google Workspace or Zoho Sales/Admin Certifications
• Cybersecurity sales accreditations (e.g., Sophos Sales certifications)
