We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales & B2B Partnerships Specialist to spearhead FabMinds’ business-to-business growth by building strong partnerships and selling our customizable e-commerce products to organizations, distributors, Banks, and corporate clients. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and partnership development to expand our B2B footprint in Egypt and the GCC (KSA & UAE in the next phase).
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify, approach, and close partnerships with retailers, marketing agencies, corporates, schools, resellers, and distribution channels.

Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual growth.

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and strategic accounts.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Develop tailored proposals and solutions to meet partner needs.

Account Management & Expansion

Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding and after-sales experience.

Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across FabMinds’ product portfolio.

Maintain and grow key accounts through consistent engagement and value delivery.

Market & Strategy Execution

Map potential B2B segments (corporate gifting, educational institutions, office suppliers, etc.).

Provide market intelligence and feedback to product, marketing, and operations teams.

Represent FabMinds at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of proven B2B sales/partnerships experience, preferably in e-commerce, consumer products, or tech-driven startups.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.

Strong network with corporate procurement teams, marketing agencies, retailers, and distributors is highly desirable.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of Gulf markets is a plus.
